<p>PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption, by intermittently supplying supply voltage for driving the first inversional amplifier and the second inversional amplifier. CONSTITUTION:Electric power supply terminals 17, 18 are used in common, and electric power is supplied intermittently. When this electric power is not supplied, they are not floating electrically. Also, it is applied in such a period as gate voltage of an FET 7 or 9 is not lost. Also, it is always supplied when a temporary storing circuit 3 is selected. In case when a signal is written to the circuit 3 from a common input/output terminal 13 and 14, write is executed since electric power is supplied from the terminals 17, 18. Also, in case when a signal is read out to the terminals 13, 14, it is read out since electric power is supplied from the terminal 17, 18, in a period in which an address selecting signal 15 and 16 are effective. In case when the signal 15 and 16 are inactive, the signal of the circuit 3 is held by electric power supplied intermittently. In this way, only in case when electric power has been supplied to the terminals 17, 18, electric power is consumed, therefore, power consumption can be reduced.</p> |
