发明名称 HEAD RADIATION PLATE OF THERMAL TRANSFER PRINTER
摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate the shift of an ink ribbon with respect to a head by a method wherein one end of the contact surface with the ribbon of a head radiation plate on the ribbon supply side thereof is made higher than the other end of said contact surface and a surface built up so as to be lower than a printing heating unit is provided to said radiation plate and friction coefficient lowering processing is applied to the contact surface with the ribbon. CONSTITUTION:A head radiation plate 1 is constituted so that one end of the contact surface with an ink ribbon 6 of the head radiation plate on the ribbon supply side thereof is higher than the other end of said contact surface and has a surface built up so as to be lower than a printing heating unit 3. The built-up surface 4 of the head radiation plate 1 generates surface pressure higher than that of other part in the contact part with the ink ribbon 6 and running resistance higher than that of the other part is generated in the contact part at the time of printing and upward force (e) is added to the ink ribbon 6 by said running resistance. This upward force (e) is well-balanced with downward force dynamically to eliminate the shift of the ink ribbon 6. The shift of the ink ribbon 6 due to the partial irregularity of the friction coefficient of the ink ribbon 6 and the head radiation plate 1 is reduced and the running of the ink ribbon can be stabilized.
