PURPOSE:To facilitate maintenance working by directing incident and reflect faces of a laser beam of laser reflection mirror held to a mirror housing through a movable ring with adjusting screw levers to the desired direction. CONSTITUTION:By pushing the adjusting screw rod 84 toward inner bottom face 22a of the casing 22, reacting force is acted to the movable ring 60, and the movable ring 60 develops sliding to the fixed ring 52 to obtain fine moving displacement. In the movable ring 60, a mirror unit holding the reflection mirror 50 is fitted and by adjusting displacement of the movable ring 60, the direction of the reflect face of the reflection mirror 50 can be adjusted. By adjusting the four adjusting screw levers 80, the reflection mirror 50 can be adjusted and displayed around orthogonal two axes related to the center of the reflection mirror 50. By adjusting the position of the reflection mirror 50, the incident laser beam is reflected with reflection center to emit the beam to the desired exiting direction. At the time of needing the maintenance, the mirror unit is taken away without touching to the movable lever 60 at all and the necessary maintenance work to the reflection mirror 50 can be executed. |
