PURPOSE:To enable safe and reliable mold release with simple regulation and reduce generation of flashes, by a method wherein a blow-off port of air is provided on a position of a projecting member to be buried within a mold during molding so that simultaneously with projection of the projecting member air is blown off in the direction running along a disc surface. CONSTITUTION:At the time when resin is poured into a mold, an ejector sleeve 7 is sunk down to a position flush with a stamper surface and a mold release air blow-off port 6 is closed under a state where a clearance 10 is held at about 2-7mum. At the time when a board 3 is taken out by completing molding, the ejector sleeve 7 is projected by 0.1-3mm from a sunk down position, to begin with, and the central part of the board 3 is peeled off from the mold. A mold release air blow-off port 6 is provided at a position 0.1-0.3mm off from the tip part of the ejector sleeve 7 and it becomes that mold release air is thrust into a space between the board 3 and the stamper 2 by projecting the ejector sleeve 7. Pressure of the mold release air is kept at 5-10kg/cm<2> and the board 3 is peeled off in a moment. |
