PURPOSE:To produce the captioned member out of a coil material having minimum dimensions in width in the most economical and efficient manner by using thin steel plate for reinforcing structure to withstand impact and plastic molding any rising member in a bore of supporting hole and connecting the rising member to a plane area via a joint. CONSTITUTION:Even when a considerably thin steel plate is used as a blank material the reinforcement for a plain area 11C between an outer periphery member 11d and a supporting hole 11e is sufficient, because a joint member 11g of a rising member 11f exerts practically the same effect to increase the thickness of plate by plastic-molding a material of the bore of a supporting hole 11c, which is press-punched and destined to be scrap, out of a coil material having minimum dimensions in width. Use of material thus press-punched and otherwise scraped as well as drastic reduction of the thickness of the supporting leg 11 due to the exerted effect to practically increse the thickness of the joint member 11g makes it possible to produce the captioned member out of a coil material having the minimum dimensions in width in the most efficient manner. |
