<p>PURPOSE:To stably set power and rotating speed when an output set value is stepwisely altered by providing a compensator for compensating the response delay of a guide vane controller at the time of generation at least at one of a power control system and the controller. CONSTITUTION:When only a delay circuit 17 is employed, switches 18, 19 are closed at contact (b) side, and switches 21, 22 are closed at contact (a) side. When an output set value P0 is altered, for example, to a stepwise state in this state, the P0 is delayed by the circuit 17 through the contact (b) of the switch 18, it arrives at the P0 through approx. 10 sec as sown by P01. The value P01 is reduced to an output P by a subtractor 4 through the contact (b) of the switch 19, and an AESM 1 is controlled in response to the subtraction output. Thus, since the guide vane operation of a guide vane controller 16 is responded to the delay time of the circuit 17, rotating speed N and power P are smoothly set by an optimum function, the rotating speed N is not operated reversely, and a target valve opening GVO0 is not excessively opened, but a stable operation is obtained.</p> |
