PURPOSE:To improve coating characteristic by adding a specific surfactant. CONSTITUTION:The surfactant expressed by the general formula RO(C2H4O)nH (where R is a benzyl group or a phenyl group or naphthyl group substd. with ethyl phenyl group or a biphenyl group or cyclohexyl phenyl group substd. with benzyl group or styryl group, n is 1-100 integers) is added to a liquid forms a diazo photosensitive layer of ohe component type consisting essentially of a diazo compd. or two component type consisting essentially of a diazo compd. and a coupling component at 0.01-1mol based on 1mol the diazo compd. If necessary, a precoating layer is provided on a substrate, and in succession the above-described photosensitive layer forming liquid is coated on the substrate or the precoating layer to about 0.3-2.9g/m<2> solid pickup. |
