PURPOSE:To print data in a state exactly fitted to a form by mounting a printing control means for outputting data and the partial form read from a memory in an overlapped state for the purpose of printing and outputting the partial form corresponding to the number of the data sent out from a main body apparatus. CONSTITUTION:When a printing apparatus receives partial form indication data sent out along with data, a reading means 2 reads the corresponding form from a form memory 1 on the basis of the partial form indication data. When the data sent out from a main body apparatus is printed, a printing control means 3 outputs the data concerned and the partial form read from the form memory means 1 in an overlapped state for the purpose of printing. As a result, the partial form for printing is outputted corresponding to the number of the data sent out from the main body apparatus. Therefore, data and a form are always allowed to correspond mutually regardless of the number of forms to be printed and data can be printed in a state exactly fitted to the form. |
