DETERMINATION OF OSTEO-CARCINE IN SERUM AND PLASMA OF HUMAN BEING

PURPOSE: To determine the amount of osteocalcine through calculation by cultivating the sample of serum or plasma containing osteocalcine and measuring the ratio of oligopeptide tracer that is bound to an antibody, based on its label. CONSTITUTION: Oligopeptide tracer is performed as a radioactive ray labeling immunological approval method (RIA) that is labeled by the radioactive isotope of<125> I. The radioactivity of an eluent is monitored by a radioactive monitor (Raytest) continuously. The breakdown of radioactive peptide (conversion percentage) was determined by a breakdown pattern obtained using a calculator program (Raytest). Peptide used for a breakdown test can be separated from a number of fragments when it is researrched by HPLC, thus easily researching the breakdown of peptide.
