PURPOSE:To take out easily and swiftly a monolithic foam of a skin material after molding by enabling easily and swiftly arrangement operation of the skin material, by a method wherein an insertion mold is fitted detachably to the upper end part of a bottom force and a terminal of the skin material is connected with the insertion mold. CONSTITUTION:A back cover part 24 connected with a skin material 22 is led outside through the top of a side part of a bottom force and an end 22c of the skin material 22 is inserted into a pin member 17 of an insertion mold 16 for holding. A stock solution of foamed synthetic resin is poured into a top force 13 through a pouring port of the top force 13 and a foam 31 is molded integrally with the skin material 22. When a mold is broken, a core mold 14 and a monolithic foam 21 of the skin material is pulled off through a bottom force 12, since a connecting pin 16b of the insertion mold 16 is pulled off through a connecting hole 12b of a bottom force 12 and taken out through the bottom force 12 along with the insertion mold 16, the end 22c of the skin material is removed from the pin member 17 and the insertion mold 16 is removed. When the back cover part 24 is fitted to a back release part 23 of the skin material 12 through fasteners 25a, 25b, the monolithic foam 21 of the skin material where the back release part 23 is coated can be obtained. |
