<p>PURPOSE:To easily obtain a sheet material containing ceramic powder by a method wherein a sheet body formed of a film made of paper or synthetic resin is superposed on a sheet body with the ceramic powder interposed therebetween, thermoplastic resin is heated to be melted by a heating means thereafter and then cooled down, and thereby a sheet material is constructed integrally. CONSTITUTION:The paper as a sheet body 2a wound in the shape of a roll is conveyed by a conveyor 5, thermoplastic resin 3 made up of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, for instance, is applied on said sheet body 2a by a coating device 6, and thereafter ceramic powder 4 is sprayed on the applied thermoplastic resin 3 by a spraying device 7. Next, the paper as a sheet body 2b is supplied in a state of superposition on the thermoplastic resin 3 with the ceramic powder 4 interposed therebetween, by a roller 8, so as to construct a sheet material 1. Thereafter the thermoplastic resin 3 is heated to be melted by a heat roller 9 heated to a prescribed temperature and kept thereat and then is cooled down by a cooler 10. By this method, a sheet material 1 containing the ceramic powder 4 between the sheet bodies 2a and 2b is formed integrally.</p> |
