VULCANIZING METHOD OF ELASTOMER ARTICLE AND ITS DEVICE

PURPOSE:To enable uniform vulcanization by preventing a temperature difference in an inside space, by a method wherein a heating medium is fed through blowing-off by facing in a lower direction of the inside of a vulcanizing chamber and a pressurizing medium is fed through blowing-off by facing in an upper direction of the inside of a vulcanizing chamber. CONSTITUTION:A steam feed passage 50 is provided on a piston ground 44 and a plurality of steam blow-off ports 5 are opened downward as the first feed blow-off device of a vulcanizing machine. A gas feed passage 70 serving as a drain discharge passage is provided on the piston ground 44 and two blow- off ports 7 are opened upward at the central part of the vulcanizing machine. Steam blown off downward through the blow-off port 5 becomes a jet steam by being blown against a low side wall part 75 of the lowest part within an inside space 6. Then gas blown off upward goes downward gradually after it has cooled the upper part of the inside space 6 and mixed up with the inside steam. Therefore, it is prevented that generation of a high temperature difference between the upper and lower parts of the inside space through a cooling effect of the upper part of the inside of a tire with this upward flow and a mixing action.
