摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent a clogging of a nozzle and enable a stable operation of be carried out for a long period of time by a method wherein an injection region having the nozzle arranged therein, a heat exchanging region for performing a heat exchanging operation between brine and refrigerant and a cold heat accumulation region are separately arranged within a closed space as an upper region and a lower region acting as a cold heat storing tank. CONSTITUTION:Brine liquid injected from a brin injection nozzle pipe 31 into a cold heat accumulation tank 3 reaches a surface of a filler material 33 within a heat exchanging region 3B while being brought into contact with atomized refrigerant liquid injected from a refrigerant nozzle pipe 32. Both liquids remove an evaporation latent heat from the refrigerant liquid while dropping gradually along a surface of the filler material 33 within a heat exchanging region 3B and an ice making action of the brine is promoted and thereafter the refrigerant vapor of which heat is removed passes through the upper end opening of the tank and through a returning pipe 16, then again the vapor is returned back to the compressor 12. In turn, the brine cooled by the evaporation latent heat and made into ice is removed from the surface of the filler material 33, drops into the cold heat accumulation region 3C, stored in the cold heat accumulation region 3C as a slurry liquid and its cold heat is stored. The cold heat accumulated slurry liquid is guided into a heat exchanger 21 through a pump 20 and is supplied to a cooler or other loads for their cooling operation and is humidified, thereafter it is passed through a circulation pipe 41 and then is guided again into a brine nozzle pipe 31.
