A floor heating system for a joist frame. A normal floor plate (1) of particleboard is provided with several longitudinal grooves (4) with a dimension so that heating pipes (6) press fit in the grooves. Aluminium foil (5) is applied in the groove and on each side of the groove to conduct heat from the heating pipe to the upper surface of the plate. A section of a similar floor plate with grooves is used as a swivel plate and is thus turned upside down to steer the heating pipes down into a compartment between the joists in the joist frame where the heating pipes can be turned 180 degrees and where connections can be arranged. A thin parquet floor can be laid direct on these particleboards. If a plastic floor is to be used, an initial thin layer of particleboard or so called floor marsonite is laid.<IMAGE> |
