PURPOSE:To dehumidify a living room and to improve comfortable feeling while increasing a heat exchanging capability of a condensor by a method wherein a water receiving pan is provided with two drain holes, one of them is made such that a drain water is dripped directly to a lower condensor and the other drain hole is made such that it may pass through a bypass pipe and the water is recovered into a drain water tank arranged at a lower part of the condensor. CONSTITUTION:A compressor 18 is operated by an operating part 17. An air blower 6 for an evaporator and an air blower 14 for a condensor are rotated, air passed through an evaporator 12 is cooled and then a living room is cooled. At this time, drain water 7 is condensed at the evaporator 12 and dropped into a water receiving pan 2. The drain water 7 dripped into the water receiving pan partly passes through a drain hole 20, drips into a condensor 13 to increase a heat exchanging performance and further to increase a cooling capability. Further, a part of the drain water 7 passes through a drain hole 19, thereafter it passes through a bypassing pipe 22 and is recovered in a drain tank 3, so that a humidity of a living room is lowered and a comfortable feeling is improved. |
