PURPOSE:To obtain a heat insulating box unit, having an expanded heat insulating material, excellent in heat insulating performance and useful as refrigerators, etc., by mixing an organic polyisocyanate with a benzyl ether type liquid phenolic resin composition having a specified molecular weight, dibromodifluoroethane, etc., and expanding the resultant mixture. CONSTITUTION:The objective box unit having an expanded heat insulating material prepared by mixing an organic polyisocyanate with a benzyl ether type liquid phenolic resin composition having 220-300 average molecular weight as a polyol component, a foaming agent consisting of dibromodifluoroethane, a foam stabilizer and a catalyst and expanding the resultant mixture. |
