VULCANIZABLE RUBBER COMPOSITION

The present invention provides vulcanizable rubbery compositions comprising a polyamide, a partially hydrogenated nitrile rubber and curatives for the partially hydrogenated nitrile rubber. The partially hydrogenated nitrile rubber is obtained by the selective hydrogenation of a base nitrile rubber. The compositions exhibit good heat stability and are not grossly discoloured by the mixing process which is used to prepare them.
