PURPOSE:To obtain the subject tape having excellent adhesivity and suitable for fixing a molding to an automobile body by coating a side edge of a tape with a composition composed of a methyl hydrogen silicone oil, a salt containing zinc, etc., an alkali compound and a halogenation agent. CONSTITUTION:The objective tape can be produced by coating a side edge of a tape with a composition composed of (A) a methyl hydrogen silicone oil (preferably having a kinetic viscosity of 1,000-1,000,000Cst), (B) a salt containing zinc, tin or zirconium (e.g. dibutyltin dilaurate, zinc laurate or dibutylzirconium dilaurate), (C) an alkali compound (e.g. sodium hydroxide) and (D) a halogenation agent (e.g. t-butyl hypochlorite). Preferably, 100 pts.wt. of the component A is compounded with 0.01-5 pts.wt. of the component B, 0.01-5 pts.wt. of the component C and 0.002-20 pts.wt. of the component D. |
