发明名称 SURFACE MATERIAL FOR AUTOMOBILE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the title surface material exhibiting deodorizing performances against a bad smell in an automobile for a long period of time by supplying an emulsion of mixed resin comprising hydrous magnesium silicate clay minerals, active carbon and a polymer latex containing a dispersant to a cloth and making the mixed resin emulsion into a resin. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. solid content of polymer latex such as polyvinyl chloride latex, polyurethane latex or natural rubber is blended with 50-180 pts.wt. total amounts of clay minerals comprising hydrous magnesium silicate clay minerals and capable of adsorbing a bad smell in an atmosphere and active carbon (content of active carbon is 10-90wt.% based on total amounts of the clay minerals and active carbon) and 3-20 pts.wt. dispersant to give a mixed resin emulsion. 5-200g calculated as solid content of the emulsion is supplied to 1 square m woven or knitted fabric comprising natural or chemical fiber and made into a resin to give a surface material for automobiles having excellently deodorizing effects on a complicated smell occurring in an automobile. Use of an electrically conductive cloth as the cloth exhibits excellent antistatic functions by synergistic effects with active carbon besides the deodorizing effects.
