PURPOSE:To obtain the optical information recording medium which can be easily produced and has high reliability by ultrasonically welding a transparent substrate and a coating layer at around the central hole and bonding the same by a UV curing type adhesive agent near the outer peripheral part. CONSTITUTION:An optical recording layer 2 is formed on the disk-shaped transparent substrate 1 which has the central hole 11 and is transparent with light of a prescribed wavelength. The optical recording layer 2 is coated with a transparent coating layer 3 thereupon and, thereafter, the coating layer 3 and the transparent substrate 1 are ultrasonically welded at the periphery of the central hole 11. The UV curing type adhesive agent 5 is injected to the outer peripheral part of the transparent substrate 1 and the coating layer 3 laminated in such a manner and thereafter, a photomask 6 previously drawn with tracking patterns is superposed on the coating layer 3 and is rotated. The optical recording layer 2 is then illuminated with UV light as an energy beam 7 from the photomask 6 side and is thereby exposed. Optical patterns for tracking are transferred on the optical recording layer 2 by this exposing and the part near the outer peripheral part is cured and adhered by the UV curing typed adhesive agent 5 simultaneously therewith. |
