The synthesis of TPA (Tissue type plasminogen activator) and expression vector for TPA are pressented. For the mass production of TPA, mRNA is isolated from Bowes melanoma cells which produce and excrete human tissure type plasminogen activator (hTPA). The obtained mRNA is manipulated to prepare cDNA and pTRB1, pTRB2, pTRB4, pTRB6 and pTRB7 are synthesized from the cDNA. The synthesized vectors are transformed into the host cell to produce hTRA.
