PURPOSE:To improve weather resistance, oil resistance, wear resistance, etc. by sequentially laminating an intermediate layer of foamable polyolefin or polyurethane, an intermediate layer of modified polyolefin elastomer and a skin layer on a synthetic resin core layer. CONSTITUTION:After a 3-layer sheet 4 composed of an intermediate layer made of foamable polyolefin or polyurethane, an intermediate layer made of modified polyolefin elastomer and a skin layer made of polymer is preliminarily heated, it is sucked to be brought into close contact with the inner wall of the cavity of a vacuum mold 1, and a recess is formed. Then, a mold 2 is clamped in a state that the preliminarily molding is brought into close contact with the inner wall of the cavity 3 of the mold 1, synthetic resin of fluidized plasticized state is injected from the nozzle 8 of an extruder into the recess of the molding, and a core layer is formed. Thus, a soft laminated molding having excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, oil resistance, solvent resistance, wear resistance and damage resistance can be obtained. |
