PURPOSE:To prevent quality of an image from decreasing due to deviation of printing by providing a plate which is deflected upon collision of ink jet, detecting the deflected amount of the plate, detecting and regulating the reference position of an ink jet nozzle. CONSTITUTION:The bent of a thin plate 131 is detected by a sensor 53 while discharging ink jet from a nozzle 41. When the plate 131 is bent, a motor 63 is reversely rotated, and the ink jet is once removed from the plate 131 to prevent the ink jet from rising as a droplet. Then, whether the plate 131 is bent or not is again detected, and when the bent of the plate 131 is detected, the motor 63 is immediately stopped in next step. As a result, since the lateral fine adjustment of the nozzle 41 is conducted, it can prevent the positional deviation and fog of a print. |
