PURPOSE:To prevent overdischarge and equip with day light switching function by connecting a constant voltage diode with the drain or source of an FET, connecting the base of transistor with other drain or source, and by connecting the output terminal of a solar cell with the gate. CONSTITUTION:By the use of a bipolar transistor 6, a secondary battery 3, and a solar cell 1 with one counterflow-prevented diode 2 interposed, the drain or source of a joint type field effect transistor (FET) 4 is connected with the base of the transistor 6, wherein the FET 4 has inverting function and the current is saturated. In case the FET 4 is in P-channel, its drain and base are connected, and a constant voltage diode 5 is connected between the source and the positive side of a power source 3, and in the case of N-channel the source and base are connected, and the constant voltage diode 5 is connected between the source and the negative side of the power source 3. Thus the output terminal of this solar cell 1 in connection with the counterflow-prevented diode 2 is connected with the gate. This accomplishes day light switching function and the overdischarge preventing function. |
