<p>PURPOSE:To omit channel setting/disconnecting processing in each program by setting up/disconnecting a channel for transferring a display instruction data string to a display device in a remote computer by a remote window system instruction substituting mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The remote window system instruction substituting mechanism for collectively executing instructions for display is constituted of a false terminal for converting an instruction in a 1st computer into an instruction data string, a transmission side instruction substituting part 8 for transmitting an instruction data string, a receiving side instruction substituting part 10 for receiving an instruction data string in a 2nd computer and outputting the received data string to a window system, and a channel 13 between both the substituting parts 8, 10. The remote window system instruction substituting mechanism sets up the channel 13 in mechanism start processing and disconnects the channel 13 in mechanism end processing. Consequently, the channel setting/ disconnecting processing in each program can be omitted.</p> |
