<p>PURPOSE:To optionally change over a cutting direction by forming a structure of setting the cutting direction independently on each shape data and working by moving a tool according to this cutting direction, in the contour shape working method of an interactive numerical control device. CONSTITUTION:A tool 21 is strong in 21c direction and weak in 21d direction at its cutting capacity in the horizontal direction. So, in the program of this case it is designated to perform the working in the horizontal direction in the direction 21c all and that in the vertical direction in the direction 21b all. Namely, in a work stage S1 a shape 21a is worked in the direction 21c and upon completion the cutting edge of the tool 21 is moved to a point P at a fast feeding stage S2, moved to the start point of a shape 20b at a fast feeding stage S3 from the point P and a work stage S4 is executed in the direction 21b. It is then moved to the point P at a fast feeding stage S5 again, moved to the start point of a shape 20c at a fast feeding stage S6 from the point P and a work stage S7 is executed in the direction 21c.</p> |
