PURPOSE:To prevent leakage to the outside from mold register sections of the stock solution of a foaming synthetic resin on the foam molding of a pad material by integrally joining a supporter material onto the bottom of the pad material, forming the supporter material in size larger than the bottom of the pad material and holding the terminal of the supporter material by the mold register sections of the bottom force and top force of a foam molding die. CONSTITUTION:A supporter material 25 is shaped in size larger than the bottom of a pad material 23, the stock solution 23a of a foaming synthetic resin is injected to a bottom force 12 under the state in which the terminal 25a of the supporter material 25 is held by the mold register sections 15 of the bottom force 12 and top force 13 of a foam molding die 11, and the pad material 23 is form-molded unified with the supporter material 25. Even when the stock solution 23a of the foaming synthetic resin leaks from the mold register sections 15 at that time, the terminal 25a of the supporter material 25 is impregnated with the stock solution 23a, thus preventing the liquid spill of the stock solution 23a, then generating no burr. Accordingly, a post-finishing process such as deburring operation is unnecessitated, thus improving operating efficiency. |
