PURPOSE:To position a supporter material positively to a top force formed in a vacuum mold, and to prevent adhesion onto the top force of the stock solution of a foaming synthetic resin by a synthetic resin film joined with the supporter material by shaping the top force in the vacuum mold and joining the synthetic resin film with the rear side of the supporter material. CONSTITUTION:A supporter material 32 is disposed to the top force 23 of a foam molding die 21, the stock solution of a foaming synthetic resin is injected into a bottom force 22, and a pad material 35 is foam-molded unified with the supporter material 32 under the state in which the top force 23 is mold-registered to the bottom force 22. In this case, the top force 23 is formed in a vacuum mold, a synthetic resin film 33 is joined with the rear side of the supporter material 32, the laminate of the synthetic resin film 33 and the supporter material 32 is sucked to the top force 23 under a vacuum, and the pad material 35 is foam-molded integrally. Consequently, the sag of the supporter material 32 can be prevented, thus shaping an accurate rear shape. The film 33 is joined with the rear side of the supporter material 32, thus obviating adhesion onto the top force 23 of the stock solution of the foaming synthetic resin. |
