PURPOSE:To facilitate the exchange of a cassette base and to insert and fit multiple kinds of parts by pushing-in the cassette base and arranging it separatable from the main body base together with a cylinder and the feeding cylinder for feeding parts, in the automatic fitting device of a retaining ring for C shaped hole. CONSTITUTION:A cassette base 6 is composed by integrating the insertion guide 7 having a tapered hole so as to guide a part (C shaped hole retaining ring) 4 to specified insertion position, an insertion element 1 slidable vertically having the push-in head 20 pushing the part inside the insertion guide 7 into the specified fitting position at its tip and a part feeding part (magazine) 11 stocking the part 4. A push-in cylinder 15 as for the driving part of the insertion element 1 and a feeding part (feeding base) 13 feeding the part 4 one by one by separating to said insertion guide 7 from the part feeding part 11 are separatably fitted thereto. |
