An asphalt by using a waste resin is produced by reacting 45% waste resin-raw material, 40% raw asphalt, 10% heavy oil 5% catalyst, and heating the mixture in the furnace at 170-175≦̸C. The asphalt has a superior heat-resistance, cold-reistance and hardness.
