<p>PURPOSE: To facilitate correction in accordance with uses by using a laser availability signal to control the gain characteristic. CONSTITUTION: When the signal from a photodetector 15 is applied to a detection circuit 17, a feedback signal is sent to an amplifier/digitizer 16, and the laser availability signal which corrects the light output from a light source 11 or changes the scanning angle is sent to a control part 14 to start a decoding circuit 18. The laser availability signal is used as the feedback signal to control the gain characteristic of the amplifier/digitizer 16.</p> |
