<p>PURPOSE:To improve an operating efficiency and to reduce a manufacturing cost by previously molding a core material with foamable resin having low density, and then integrally burying fixedly at least the intermediate part of a harness temporarily clamped at the surface of the material with resin having high density and laminated on the material. CONSTITUTION:A core material 1 is molded with foamable resin having low density by a first mold. Then, a harness 2 for switching on a high-mount stop lamp L is temporarily clamped on the surface of the material 1. Thereafter, the material temporarily clamped with the hardness 2 is introduced into a second mold and molded with a high density resin layer 5 to be laminated on the material 1, thereby integrally burying fixedly at least the intermediate part of the harness 1. The lamp L is connected and mounted through a connector 8 at one end of the harness 1 fixed in this manner.</p> |
