<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a form board with a smooth surface and the high physical strength by connecting a composite sheet of thermal welded polyolefin system resin film and paper to a wooden board to which heat curing type adhesives is applied by thermal and pressure welding. CONSTITUTION:Polyolefin system resin film 1 and paper 2 having pulp for the principal component are pressurized at the temperature higher than the melting point of the resin film to form a composite sheet 10 integrated both of them into a unit. After that, heat curing type adhesives 12 is applied to a wooden board 11, the paper side of the composite sheet 10 is placed toward the surface to which the adhesives is applied, and the thermal and pressure welding is made at the temperature less than the melting point of the resin film by using a hot press. In case of releasing the pressure, no bubble generates, and a resin overlay wooden board with the high adhesive strength is obtained. According to the constitution, a smooth concrete form board to such an extent that a putty repairement is not required can be obtained.</p> |
