摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain ladle bricks of high corrosion resistance and high spalling resistance by adding specific amount range of MgO and ZrO2 to Al2O3 as a major component. CONSTITUTION:Anticorrosive ladle bricks are produced by adding 8 to 20wt.% of MgO and 0.2 to 3wt.% of ZrO2 to Al2O3 as a major component. According to the present invention, the graphite dissipation at the matrix part can be inhibited and the loosened and voided matrix texture can be avoided, resulting no infiltration or impregnation of slag. In addition, the reactions of slag with the fine powder and the filler and the formation of low temperature-melting complexes and effluence of low temperature-melting substance can be prohibited to increase corrosion and spalling resistance.
