PURPOSE:To appropriately correct image forming condition controlling reference values at each image forming mode with a simple circuit by correcting the image forming condition controlling reference values of the other image forming modes so that the values of the other modes can have fixed relations with the image forming condition controlling reference value of a corrected image forming mode. CONSTITUTION:Image forming condition controlling reference values of each image forming mode are corrected so that the values can have fixed relations based on the corrected state of the image forming condition controlling reference value in anyone mode among respective image forming modes. Accordingly, the number of the correction circuits is reduced and the constitution of the circuits is simplified, because correcting operations can be executed with a less number of correction circuits, and, at the same time, fixed relations where the image forming condition control reference values in all picture forming modes are decided in advance can be maintained. Therefore, accurate correcting operation can be executed. |
