POSITIONING METHOD FOR MERCURY SWITCH OF ACCELERATION SWITCH

PURPOSE:To position two acceleration switches without any play and to enable high-accuracy measurement by inserting the acceleration switches by putting a rubber member between the upper and lower slanting surfaces of the recessed part of a housing. CONSTITUTION:The rubber member 20 is put in the recessed part 12 wherein there is the reverse-surface side positioning surface 14 of the triangular member 15 of the housing 11 to insert the acceleration switches 21 and 22 composed of two mercury switches, and a triangular member 19 with a top positioning surface 23 is inserted to fix the switches 21 and 22 in parallel without any play. Acceleration is measured by this double switch having no play with high accuracy.
