PURPOSE:To repair a file at the time of the occurrence of trouble without collecting history extending over whole file processing by providing an in-use file storing means, a registering means, a deleting means, a file restoring means and an in-use file retrieving means. CONSTITUTION:The in-use file storing means 2 stores whether the file is in the course of use or not, and the registering means 3 registers the purport that the file is used in the in-use file storing means 2 prior to the use of the file by a process to process the file. After the finish of the use of the file by the process, the deleting means 4 deletes the purport that the file is in the course of use from the in-use file storing means 2, and the in-use file retrieving means 6 retrieves the file in the course of use from the in-use file storing means 2. The file restoring means 5 is started at the time of the occurrence of the trouble, and repairs the logical construction of the file which is retrieved by the in-use file retrieving means 6 and is left as it is in the course of use by using a file repairing means 7. Thus, at the time of the occurrence of the trouble, only the logical construction of the file can be restored. |
