PURPOSE:To improve reaction efficiency by heat-treating a rough heat conductivity carrier at specified temperature and pH by heated water and the like, and next supporting metal having catalyst activity to oxidize and burn with the use of a produced heat conductivity catalyst in oxidation combustion for a factory exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION:The inner circumferential face of a cylindrical heat conductivity carrier 10 is made rough, and heat treatment is performed by the use of heated water or water vapor equal to or higher than 50-350 deg.C and pH7. Next, metal 20 having catalyst activity on its inner circumferential face, for example, platinum group metal, gold and the like are supported to form a heat conductivity catalyst A. And combustion oxidation is performed by the use of the catalyst. Thereby the reaction efficiency of a fluid to be treated can be improved. |
