<p>The heating device for a heating a space has a closed tubular chamber with an air inlet and outlet opening. The ventilator output of a motor ventilator is connected to the air inlet opening of the heating chamber and a heating unit is mounted in the chamber which is controlled by a space thermostat in the space to be heated. The motor of the motor ventilator is similarly controlled by a thermostat provided in the space to be heated. The threshold temp. at which the motor thermostat switches off is higher than that of the space thermometer. The time that the motor of the motor ventilator is switched on for is exclusively controlled by the motor thermostat and the temp. level at which the motor thermostat switches on is higher than the switching off and off levels of the space thermostat.
