Said improvements make it possible to use taps equipped with a safety valve for the eventuality of the gas being blown out and they consist in arranging, between said tap and the transmission arm, an intermediate mechanism consisting of a casing 7-10 which houses a core 13 in its inside, which core, by means of the rod 24 and the sleeve 26, is fixed respectively to the transmission arm and to the rod of the valve, with the result that it directly transmits the rotary movement from the control to the latter at the same time as said core has a radial tab 17 which rests on a perimetral step 16 of the casing provided at a point thereon, and the cam 20 which in turn gives rise to an axial displacement of the core 13 against the spring 18, which displacement is transmitted to the shutter of the safety valve via the rod of said valve. <IMAGE>
