<p>The foodstuffs-processing system is for herrings and similar items, having mechanism for collecting and transporting them from the processing station and inserting them into tins. This can be done by vessels (5) linked together in an endless chain and open at the top while the bottom is movable into the open position. Each vessel can have several transverse compartments, while the bottom consists of two plates sliding so as to bring openings in them into line with the compartments.</p> |
