The foodstuff product consists of an internal composition of moist foodstuff compounds, which may have a tendency to undergo a moisture loss from the inside towards the outside, at ambient temperature; of an outer presentation layer with low or non-existent moisture; and of an intermediate layer. The intermediate layer (5) is a continuous coating layer which hardens at ambient temperature, disposed between the inner composition (2) and the outer layer (3) and the rôle of which is to prevent migration of the water from the inner composition (2) towards the outer layer (3). <IMAGE> |
