PURPOSE:To supplementarily complete the diffusion of Sn of the overlay and improve the baking resistance and the abrasion resistance of a bearing by insertedly providing the Ni plated layer in wave-shape or the Sn plated layer more than one layer at the intermediate of the overlay. CONSTITUTION:The nickel plated layer 2 under the basic overlay layer 1 of a bearing is formed in the wave-shape, and the pitch of the wave and the distance from the bearing surface are maintained at the predetermined value, or the tin plated layer 6 is provided at the intermediate of the basic overlay layer 1. Thereby, when the overlay layer is worn away, the nickel plated layer is partially exposed, or when the tin of the overlay layer is diffused during the operation, the tin is supplied from the tin plated layer 6. The baking resistance and the abrasion resistance is thus improved.
