Device for measuring the density of liquids using pressure sensors. The invention relates to a device making it possible to measure the density of a liquid in a container. It consists of an electronic system comprising electronic pressure sensors and an electronic amplification assembly. A plurality of installation variants of the device are defined by the following characteristics, taken separately or in combination: 1) the type of sensor: absolute, differential, piezoresistive, temperature-compensated; 2) the type of installation of the sensors in the container: - using a single or double rod, - by encapsulation; 3)the type of contact between the sensor and the liquid: - direct contact, - interposition of a gas pocket, or of another liquid separated from the first by a membrane. The device according to the invention makes it possible continuously to monitor the change in density of a liquid, which measurement is particularly essential during fermentation processes.
