摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To make the operation control accuracy of a plant improvable by branching off a conductor of a lead-in wire and a shielding wire at the end of a module where a conductor is pierced through the inside and, after being connected to the conductor, charging a sealant thereinto, then eliminating any influence from the circumference. CONSTITUTION:Airtightness in a cable penetration 10 is maintained by a module 1. Since a lead-in wire to be used for an instrument circuit entirely uses a shield cable 6 except a module part, it is subjected to both magnetic and field interruption from adjacent circuits so that there is not fear of noise admission. In addition, a branch between a core 7 at a tip of the shield cable 6 and a shield wire 8 is performed at just proximate to a socket 5 of a connection with a conductor 3 at both ends of the module 1. Accordingly, such an uncovered part is very little, and it is solidified by a sealant 4 so that an isolating distance with the adjacent circuit is secured, thus such a possibility that it might be affected by any bad influence due to the noise admission is very little as well.</p>
