This mincer comprises a tubular chamber 1 including a lateral hopper 4, an endless screw 5 the hub 6 of which has a helical screw thread, and a mincing device with a cutter and mesh, arranged in the outlet opening of the chamber 1. According to the invention, the screw 5 has a large flat 14 which is formed on the lateral surface of the hub 6, and which is located under the mouth of the hopper 4.
