PURPOSE:To easily convert the level of logic signals by providing a 1st level conversion circuit using MIS type transistors and a 2nd level conversion circuit using a bipolar type transistor. CONSTITUTION:The 1st level conversion circuit M1 has an input terminal S1 for inputting the 1st logic signal from gates of the 1st and 2nd MIS type transistors T1 and T2 as an input signal and an output line for outputting the 2nd logic signal from the connecting middle point between the collector of the 1st bipolar type transistor Q1 and resistance R, whereas the 2nd level conversion circuit M2 has the 2nd npn type bipolar type transistor Q2. Therefore, the level of logic signals for a logic circuit using the MIS type transistors T1 and T2 can be converted easily into the level of logic signals for another logic circuit using the bipolar type transistors Q1 and Q2. |
