PURPOSE:To prevent defect such as malfunction or inoperation even if an external disturbing light is made incident in other photodetection means by providing plural photodetection means and executing the control with an operation signal from a photodetection means receiving the light incidence when it is detected that a control light is made incident in at least one photodetection means. CONSTITUTION:A stationary mount photodetector 1 and a remote control photodetector 2 are connected to a signal processing unit 7 consisting mainly of a microcomputer. Upon the detection of a header pulse signal 6, the signal processing unit 7 neglects a signal from the remote control photodetector 2 and sends only the signal from the stationary mount photodetector 1 to a CD mechanism control circuit 8. Thus, even if a strong external disturbing light is made incident in the remote control photodetector 2, the signal from the stationary mount photodetector 1 is not disturbed and the normal operation of the device main body is guaranteed by making the control light incident in the stationary mount photodetector 1 from a controller 3. |
