<p>The invention relates to a device for measuring the angle of rotation of a rotor in relation to a stator, characterised in that it comprises 2n magnetic sensors, n being the number of electrical sensor planes, dispersed along a circumference in a manner fixed in relation to the stator, each sensor comprising a magnetic circuit (4, 5) equipped with an emitter coil (6) and with a receiver coil (7), characterised in that said magnetic circuit exhibits an air-gap, the sensors being grouped in twos, the sensors of one and the same group being angularly offset by an angle of <IMAGE> two adjacent groups being angularly spaced from one another by an angle equal to <IMAGE> where k is a coefficient dependent upon the phase number of the sensor, m and n being integers, the emitter coils all being connected in series and supplied with an alternating voltage of frequency within the range between 2 and 15 kHz, the device further comprising a moveable element (8, 9) which is integral with said rotor (1) and equipped with m teeth which are controlled so as to pass into the air-gap of the sensors, the receiver coils of one and the same group of sensors being connected in series, the envelope of the signals at the terminals of these assemblies of coils representing, apart from a phase shift, the image of the measurement of the angle of rotation of the said rotor.
