PURPOSE:To obviate the necessity of an autorotation preventing mechanism such as an Oldham's ring and the like by disposing plural actuators stetchable by voltage application in the vicinity of a turning scroll and turning the turning scroll directly by the stretching motion of the actuators. CONSTITUTION:A turning scroll 3 is interlocked with a fixed scroll 2 and positioned being clamped by the actuators 20 of plural piezoelectric motors fixed at a frame 4 and the thrust bearing 24 of the fixed scroll 2. This actuator 20 is ring formed of the group of piezoelectric component 20a and a grooved oscillator 20b, alternating voltage with appropriate phase difference is applied to the group of piezoelectric components 20a from a driving circuit 22, the contact point between the grooved oscillator 20b and the turning scroll 3 is moved successively by the stretching motion of the group of piezoelectric components 20a, and the turning scroll 3 is directly driven and turned. An autorotation preventing mechanism such as an Oldham's ring and the like becomes unnecessary so as to enable compactness and lightness as well as freedom from oil. |
